At The Healing Sanctuary we understand that chronic pain and disease can make it difficult to exercise thus hindering our ability to heal.

Unlike your typical gym or studio class, we have developed classes that are designed specifically to aid those suffering from chronic pain and illness. The classes are small, allowing for more personalized instruction and our instructors are all specially trained in therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation.

In addition to our small group classes, each instructor offers private classes for clients who are dealing with difficult health issues and need more focused and personalized attention.
