More and more we are finding gluten free options in restaurants and stores. King Arthur Flour has a whole line of gluten free mixes that you can use to make your favorite holiday treats.
This week Pam made delicious Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins using King Arthur Flour muffin mix. She used a raisin medley to make them extra delicious. What will you add to yours?
Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffin Recipe
- 1 box King Arthur Flour muffin mix
- 3/4 can of organic pumpkin
- 1 cup raisin medley
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsps melted butter or oil
- 3/4 cup milk
Follow the directions as printed on the box. Add pumpkin and raisins (or other additions of your choice). Bake as instructed.
